Surah Al-'Adiyat
Meaning: The Courser (অভিযানকারী)
بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful.
100:1
وَٱلْعَـٰدِيَـٰتِ ضَبْحًا
Bengali:শপথ সেই (ঘোড়া) গুলোর যারা ঊর্ধ্বশ্বাসে দৌড়ায়,
English (Saheeh International):By the racers, panting,1
100:2
فَٱلْمُورِيَـٰتِ قَدْحًا
Bengali:অতঃপর (নিজের ক্ষুরের) ঘর্ষণে আগুন ছুটায়,
English (Saheeh International):And the producers of sparks [when] striking1
100:3
فَٱلْمُغِيرَٰتِ صُبْحًا
Bengali:অতঃপর সকালে হঠাৎ আক্রমণ চালায়,
English (Saheeh International):And the chargers at dawn,1
100:4
فَأَثَرْنَ بِهِۦ نَقْعًا
Bengali:আর সে সময় ধূলি উড়ায়,
English (Saheeh International):Stirring up thereby [clouds of] dust,
100:5
فَوَسَطْنَ بِهِۦ جَمْعًا
Bengali:অতঃপর (শত্রু) দলের অভ্যন্তরে ঢুকে পড়ে (এভাবে মানুষ নিজের শক্তি-সামর্থ্য ও আল্লাহর এক অতি বড় নি‘মাত ঘোড়াকে অপরের সম্পদ লুণ্ঠন ও অন্যের প্রতি যুলমের কাজে ব্যবহার করে),
English (Saheeh International):Arriving thereby in the center1 collectively,
100:6
إِنَّ ٱلْإِنسَـٰنَ لِرَبِّهِۦ لَكَنُودٌ
Bengali:বস্তুতঃ মানুষ তার রব-এর প্রতি বড়ই অকৃতজ্ঞ।
English (Saheeh International):Indeed mankind, to his Lord, is ungrateful.
100:7
وَإِنَّهُۥ عَلَىٰ ذَٰلِكَ لَشَهِيدٌ
Bengali:আর সে নিজেই (নিজের কাজ-কর্মের মাধ্যমে) এ বিষয়ের সাক্ষী।
English (Saheeh International):And indeed, he is to that a witness.1
100:8
وَإِنَّهُۥ لِحُبِّ ٱلْخَيْرِ لَشَدِيدٌ
Bengali:আর ধন-সম্পদের প্রতি অবশ্যই সে খুবই আসক্ত।
English (Saheeh International):And indeed he is, in love of wealth, intense.
100:9
۞ أَفَلَا يَعْلَمُ إِذَا بُعْثِرَ مَا فِى ٱلْقُبُورِ
Bengali:সে কি জানে না, কবরে যা আছে তা যখন উত্থিত হবে,
English (Saheeh International):But does he not know that when the contents of the graves are scattered
100:10
وَحُصِّلَ مَا فِى ٱلصُّدُورِ
Bengali:আর অন্তরে যা (কিছু লুকানো) আছে তা প্রকাশ করা হবে,
English (Saheeh International):And that within the breasts is obtained,1
100:11
إِنَّ رَبَّهُم بِهِمْ يَوْمَئِذٍ لَّخَبِيرٌۢ
Bengali:নিঃসন্দেহে তাদের প্রতিপালক সেদিন তাদের সম্পর্কে পুরোপুরি অবহিত থাকবেন।
English (Saheeh International):Indeed, their Lord with them, that Day, is [fully] Aware.1
