Surah Az-Zukhruf

Meaning: The Ornaments of Gold (সোনাদানা)

بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful.

43:1

حمٓ

Bengali:হা-মীম।
English (Saheeh International):Ḥā, Meem.1
43:2

وَٱلْكِتَـٰبِ ٱلْمُبِينِ

Bengali:শপথ সুস্পষ্ট কিতাবের।
English (Saheeh International):By the clear Book,
43:3

إِنَّا جَعَلْنَـٰهُ قُرْءَٰنًا عَرَبِيًّا لَّعَلَّكُمْ تَعْقِلُونَ

Bengali:আমি ওটাকে করেছি আরবী ভাষার কুরআন যাতে তোমরা বুঝতে পারে।
English (Saheeh International):Indeed, We have made it an Arabic Qur’ān that you might understand.
43:4

وَإِنَّهُۥ فِىٓ أُمِّ ٱلْكِتَـٰبِ لَدَيْنَا لَعَلِىٌّ حَكِيمٌ

Bengali:আমার কাছে তা উম্মুল কিতাবে (লাওহে মাহফুজে) সংরক্ষিত আছে, আর তা হল অতি উচ্চ মর্যাদাসম্পন্ন জ্ঞান-বিজ্ঞানে পূর্ণ।
English (Saheeh International):And indeed it is, in the Mother of the Book1 with Us, exalted and full of wisdom.2
43:5

أَفَنَضْرِبُ عَنكُمُ ٱلذِّكْرَ صَفْحًا أَن كُنتُمْ قَوْمًا مُّسْرِفِينَ

Bengali:তোমরা এক সীমালঙ্ঘনকারী জাতি- এ কারণে কি আমি তোমাদের কাছ থেকে কুরআন প্রত্যাহার করে নেব?
English (Saheeh International):Then should We turn the message away, disregarding you, because you are a transgressing people?
43:6

وَكَمْ أَرْسَلْنَا مِن نَّبِىٍّ فِى ٱلْأَوَّلِينَ

Bengali:পূর্বেকার জাতিগুলোর মধ্যে আমি বহু রসূল পাঠিয়েছিলাম।
English (Saheeh International):And how many a prophet We sent among the former peoples,
43:7

وَمَا يَأْتِيهِم مِّن نَّبِىٍّ إِلَّا كَانُوا۟ بِهِۦ يَسْتَهْزِءُونَ

Bengali:তাদের কাছে এমন কোন নবী আসেনি যাকে তারা ঠাট্টা-বিদ্রূপ করেনি।
English (Saheeh International):But there would not come to them a prophet except that they used to ridicule him.
43:8

فَأَهْلَكْنَآ أَشَدَّ مِنْهُم بَطْشًا وَمَضَىٰ مَثَلُ ٱلْأَوَّلِينَ

Bengali:আমি তাদেরকে ধ্বংস করেছি- যারা ছিল এদের চেয়ে অনেক বেশি শক্তিশালী। পূর্বের জাতিগুলোর উদাহরণ অতীত হয়ে গেছে।
English (Saheeh International):And We destroyed greater than them1 in [striking] power, and the example of the former peoples has preceded.
43:9

وَلَئِن سَأَلْتَهُم مَّنْ خَلَقَ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضَ لَيَقُولُنَّ خَلَقَهُنَّ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلْعَلِيمُ

Bengali:তুমি যদি তাদেরকে জিজ্ঞেস কর- আকাশ ও যমীন কে সৃষ্টি করেছে? তারা অবশ্য অবশ্যই বলবে- ওগুলো প্রবল পরাক্রমশালী মহাজ্ঞানী আল্লাহ সৃষ্টি করেছেন,
English (Saheeh International):And if you should ask them, "Who has created the heavens and the earth?" they would surely say, "They were created by the Exalted in Might, the Knowing,"
43:10

ٱلَّذِى جَعَلَ لَكُمُ ٱلْأَرْضَ مَهْدًا وَجَعَلَ لَكُمْ فِيهَا سُبُلًا لَّعَلَّكُمْ تَهْتَدُونَ

Bengali:যিনি তোমাদের জন্য যমীনকে করেছেন বিস্তৃত, আর তাতে তোমাদের জন্য বানিয়েছেন চলার পথ- যাতে তোমরা সঠিক পথ পেতে পার।
English (Saheeh International):[The one] who has made for you the earth a bed and made for you upon it roads that you might be guided
43:11

وَٱلَّذِى نَزَّلَ مِنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ مَآءًۢ بِقَدَرٍ فَأَنشَرْنَا بِهِۦ بَلْدَةً مَّيْتًا ۚ كَذَٰلِكَ تُخْرَجُونَ

Bengali:যিনি আকাশ থেকে পরিমিত পানি বর্ষণ করেন যা দিয়ে তিনি মৃত ভূ-ভাগকে সঞ্জীবিত করেন। এভাবেই তোমাদেরকে বের করা হবে।
English (Saheeh International):And who sends down rain from the sky in measured amounts, and We revive thereby a dead land - thus will you be brought forth -
43:12

وَٱلَّذِى خَلَقَ ٱلْأَزْوَٰجَ كُلَّهَا وَجَعَلَ لَكُم مِّنَ ٱلْفُلْكِ وَٱلْأَنْعَـٰمِ مَا تَرْكَبُونَ

Bengali:তিনি সব কিছুকে জোড়া জোড়া সৃষ্টি করেছেন, আর তোমাদের জন্য নৌযান ও গবাদি পশু সৃষ্টি করেছেন যাতে তোমরা আরোহণ কর,
English (Saheeh International):And who created the species, all of them, and has made for you of ships and animals those which you mount
43:13

لِتَسْتَوُۥا۟ عَلَىٰ ظُهُورِهِۦ ثُمَّ تَذْكُرُوا۟ نِعْمَةَ رَبِّكُمْ إِذَا ٱسْتَوَيْتُمْ عَلَيْهِ وَتَقُولُوا۟ سُبْحَـٰنَ ٱلَّذِى سَخَّرَ لَنَا هَـٰذَا وَمَا كُنَّا لَهُۥ مُقْرِنِينَ

Bengali:যাতে তোমরা যখন তাদের পিঠে স্থির হয়ে বস, তখন যেন তোমাদের প্রতিপালকের অনুগ্রহের কথা স্মরণ কর আর বল- মহান ও পবিত্র তিনি যিনি, এগুলোকে আমাদের (ব্যবহারের জন্য) বশীভূত করে দিয়েছেন, আমরা এগুলোকে বশীভূত করতে সক্ষম ছিলাম না।
English (Saheeh International):That you may settle yourselves upon their backs and then remember the favor of your Lord when you have settled upon them and say, "Exalted is He who has subjected this to us, and we could not have [otherwise] subdued it.1
43:14

وَإِنَّآ إِلَىٰ رَبِّنَا لَمُنقَلِبُونَ

Bengali:আর আমাদেরকে অবশ্যই আমাদের প্রতিপালকের দিকে ফিরে যেতে হবে।
English (Saheeh International):And indeed we, to our Lord, will [surely] return."
43:15

وَجَعَلُوا۟ لَهُۥ مِنْ عِبَادِهِۦ جُزْءًا ۚ إِنَّ ٱلْإِنسَـٰنَ لَكَفُورٌ مُّبِينٌ

Bengali:আর তারা আল্লাহর বান্দাদের মধ্য হতে কতককে আল্লাহর অংশ মনে করে নিয়েছে (যেমন ‘ঈসা (আঃ)-কে তারা আল্লাহর পুত্র মনে করে)। মানুষ অবশ্যই স্পষ্টতঃ অকৃতজ্ঞ।
English (Saheeh International):But they have attributed to Him from His servants a portion.1 Indeed, man is clearly ungrateful.
43:16

أَمِ ٱتَّخَذَ مِمَّا يَخْلُقُ بَنَاتٍ وَأَصْفَىٰكُم بِٱلْبَنِينَ

Bengali:কি! তিনি তাঁরই সৃষ্টি হতে কন্যা সন্তান গ্রহণ করেছেন আর তোমাদের জন্য মনোনীত করেছেন পুত্র সন্তান?
English (Saheeh International):Or has He taken, out of what He has created, daughters and chosen you for [having] sons?
43:17

وَإِذَا بُشِّرَ أَحَدُهُم بِمَا ضَرَبَ لِلرَّحْمَـٰنِ مَثَلًا ظَلَّ وَجْهُهُۥ مُسْوَدًّا وَهُوَ كَظِيمٌ

Bengali:তাদের কাউকে যখন সংবাদ দেয়া হয় সেই সন্তানের যা তারা দয়াময় আল্লাহর প্রতি আরোপ করে, তখন তার মুখ মন্ডলে কালিমা ছেয়ে যায়, আর মন দুঃখ বেদনায় ভরে যায়।
English (Saheeh International):And when one of them is given good tidings of that which he attributes to the Most Merciful in comparison [i.e., a daughter], his face becomes dark, and he suppresses grief.
43:18

أَوَمَن يُنَشَّؤُا۟ فِى ٱلْحِلْيَةِ وَهُوَ فِى ٱلْخِصَامِ غَيْرُ مُبِينٍ

Bengali:তারা কি আল্লাহর জন্য নির্ধারিত করে এমন সন্তান যে অলংকারে লালিত পালিত হয়, আর বিতর্ককালে বক্তব্যকে স্পষ্ট করতে অসমর্থ?
English (Saheeh International):So is one brought up in ornaments while being during conflict unevident1 [attributed to Allāh]?
43:19

وَجَعَلُوا۟ ٱلْمَلَـٰٓئِكَةَ ٱلَّذِينَ هُمْ عِبَـٰدُ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ إِنَـٰثًا ۚ أَشَهِدُوا۟ خَلْقَهُمْ ۚ سَتُكْتَبُ شَهَـٰدَتُهُمْ وَيُسْـَٔلُونَ

Bengali:তারা দয়াময়ের বান্দাহ্ ফেরেশতাদেরকে নারী গণ্য করে। তারা কি ফেরেশতাদেরকে সৃষ্টি সরাসরি দেখেছে? তাদের সাক্ষ্য লিখে রাখা হবে এবং তারা জিজ্ঞাসিত হবে।
English (Saheeh International):And they described the angels, who are servants of the Most Merciful, as females. Did they witness their creation? Their testimony will be recorded, and they will be questioned.
43:20

وَقَالُوا۟ لَوْ شَآءَ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنُ مَا عَبَدْنَـٰهُم ۗ مَّا لَهُم بِذَٰلِكَ مِنْ عِلْمٍ ۖ إِنْ هُمْ إِلَّا يَخْرُصُونَ

Bengali:তারা আরো বলে- দয়াময় আল্লাহ ইচ্ছে করলে আমরা ওদের পূঁজা করতাম না। এ বিষয়ে তাদের কোন জ্ঞানই নেই। তারা শুধু আন্দাজ অনুমানে কথা বলে।
English (Saheeh International):And they said, "If the Most Merciful had willed, we would not have worshipped them." They have of that no knowledge. They are not but misjudging.
43:21

أَمْ ءَاتَيْنَـٰهُمْ كِتَـٰبًا مِّن قَبْلِهِۦ فَهُم بِهِۦ مُسْتَمْسِكُونَ

Bengali:আমি কি তাদেরকে এর (অর্থাৎ কুরআনের) আগে কোন কিতাব দিয়েছি অতঃপর তারা তা অাঁকড়ে ধরে আছে?
English (Saheeh International):Or have We given them a book before it [i.e., the Qur’ān] to which they are adhering?
43:22

بَلْ قَالُوٓا۟ إِنَّا وَجَدْنَآ ءَابَآءَنَا عَلَىٰٓ أُمَّةٍ وَإِنَّا عَلَىٰٓ ءَاثَـٰرِهِم مُّهْتَدُونَ

Bengali:বরং তারা বলে- আমরা আমাদের পূর্ব পুরুষদেরকে এক ধর্মমত পালনরত পেয়েছি আর আমরা তাদের পদাঙ্ক অনুসরণ করে পথপ্রাপ্ত হয়েছি।
English (Saheeh International):Rather, they say, "Indeed, we found our fathers upon a religion, and we are in their footsteps [rightly] guided."
43:23

وَكَذَٰلِكَ مَآ أَرْسَلْنَا مِن قَبْلِكَ فِى قَرْيَةٍ مِّن نَّذِيرٍ إِلَّا قَالَ مُتْرَفُوهَآ إِنَّا وَجَدْنَآ ءَابَآءَنَا عَلَىٰٓ أُمَّةٍ وَإِنَّا عَلَىٰٓ ءَاثَـٰرِهِم مُّقْتَدُونَ

Bengali:এভাবে তোমার পূর্বে যখনই আমি কোন জনপদে সতর্ককারী (নবী-রসূল) পাঠিয়েছি, তখনই তাদের সম্পদশালী লোকেরা বলেছে- আমরা আমাদের পূর্বপুরুষদেরকে এক ধর্মমত পালনরত পেয়েছি আর আমরা তাদেরই পদাঙ্ক অনুসরণ করছি।
English (Saheeh International):And similarly, We did not send before you any warner into a city except that its affluent said, "Indeed, we found our fathers upon a religion, and we are, in their footsteps, following."
43:24

۞ قَـٰلَ أَوَلَوْ جِئْتُكُم بِأَهْدَىٰ مِمَّا وَجَدتُّمْ عَلَيْهِ ءَابَآءَكُمْ ۖ قَالُوٓا۟ إِنَّا بِمَآ أُرْسِلْتُم بِهِۦ كَـٰفِرُونَ

Bengali:তখন সেই সতর্ককারী বলত- তোমরা তোমাদের পিতৃপুরুষকে যে ধর্মমতের উপর পেয়েছ, আমি যদি তোমাদের কাছে তার চেয়ে উৎকৃষ্ট ধর্মমত নিয়ে আসি (তবুও কি তোমরা তাদেরই অনুসরণ করবে)? তারা বলতঃ তোমাদেরকে যা দিয়ে পাঠানো হয়েছে আমরা তা প্রত্যাখ্যান করি।
English (Saheeh International):[Each warner] said, "Even if I brought you better guidance than that [religion] upon which you found your fathers?" They said, "Indeed we, in that with which you were sent, are disbelievers."
43:25

فَٱنتَقَمْنَا مِنْهُمْ ۖ فَٱنظُرْ كَيْفَ كَانَ عَـٰقِبَةُ ٱلْمُكَذِّبِينَ

Bengali:অতঃপর আমি তাদের উপর প্রতিশোধ গ্রহণ করলাম, এখন দেখ, মিথ্যুকদের পরিণতি কী হয়েছিল।
English (Saheeh International):So We took retribution from them; then see how was the end of the deniers.
43:26

وَإِذْ قَالَ إِبْرَٰهِيمُ لِأَبِيهِ وَقَوْمِهِۦٓ إِنَّنِى بَرَآءٌ مِّمَّا تَعْبُدُونَ

Bengali:স্মরণ কর, ইবরাহীম (আ.) যখন তার পিতাকে ও তার জাতিকে বলেছিল- তোমরা যেগুলোর পূজা কর, সেগুলো থেকে আমি সম্পর্কহীন।
English (Saheeh International):And [mention, O Muḥammad], when Abraham said to his father and his people, "Indeed, I am disassociated from that which you worship
43:27

إِلَّا ٱلَّذِى فَطَرَنِى فَإِنَّهُۥ سَيَهْدِينِ

Bengali:আমার সম্পর্ক আছে শুধু তাঁর সাথে যিনি আমাকে সৃষ্টি করেছেন, তিনিই আমাকে সঠিক পথ দেখাবেন।
English (Saheeh International):Except for He who created me; and indeed, He will guide me."
43:28

وَجَعَلَهَا كَلِمَةًۢ بَاقِيَةً فِى عَقِبِهِۦ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَرْجِعُونَ

Bengali:এ কথাটিকে সে স্থায়ী বাণীরূপে তার পরবর্তীদের মধ্যে রেখে গেছে, যাতে তারা (আল্লাহর পথে) ফিরে আসে।
English (Saheeh International):And he made it1 a word remaining among his descendants that they might return [to it].
43:29

بَلْ مَتَّعْتُ هَـٰٓؤُلَآءِ وَءَابَآءَهُمْ حَتَّىٰ جَآءَهُمُ ٱلْحَقُّ وَرَسُولٌ مُّبِينٌ

Bengali:হ্যাঁ, আমিই তাদেরকে আর তাদের পূর্বপুরুষকে ভোগের সামগ্রী দিয়েছিলাম। অবশেষে তাদের কাছে আসলো সত্য এবং সবকিছু স্পষ্টকারী রসূল।
English (Saheeh International):However, I gave enjoyment to these [people of Makkah] and their fathers1 until there came to them the truth and a clear Messenger.2
43:30

وَلَمَّا جَآءَهُمُ ٱلْحَقُّ قَالُوا۟ هَـٰذَا سِحْرٌ وَإِنَّا بِهِۦ كَـٰفِرُونَ

Bengali:সত্য যখন তাদের কাছে আসল তখন তারা বলল- এটা যাদু, আমরা এটা মানি না।
English (Saheeh International):But when the truth came to them, they said, "This is magic, and indeed we are, concerning it, disbelievers."
43:31

وَقَالُوا۟ لَوْلَا نُزِّلَ هَـٰذَا ٱلْقُرْءَانُ عَلَىٰ رَجُلٍ مِّنَ ٱلْقَرْيَتَيْنِ عَظِيمٍ

Bengali:তারা বলল- এ কুরআন (মক্কা ও তায়েফ এ) দু’ জনপদের কোন গণ্যমান্য ব্যক্তির উপর কেন অবতীর্ণ হল না?
English (Saheeh International):And they said, "Why was this Qur’ān not sent down upon a great man from [one of] the two cities?"1
43:32

أَهُمْ يَقْسِمُونَ رَحْمَتَ رَبِّكَ ۚ نَحْنُ قَسَمْنَا بَيْنَهُم مَّعِيشَتَهُمْ فِى ٱلْحَيَوٰةِ ٱلدُّنْيَا ۚ وَرَفَعْنَا بَعْضَهُمْ فَوْقَ بَعْضٍ دَرَجَـٰتٍ لِّيَتَّخِذَ بَعْضُهُم بَعْضًا سُخْرِيًّا ۗ وَرَحْمَتُ رَبِّكَ خَيْرٌ مِّمَّا يَجْمَعُونَ

Bengali:তোমার প্রতিপালকের রহমত কি তারা বণ্টন করে (যে তাদের মর্জিমত কুরআন নাযিল করতে হবে)? তাদের মাঝে তাদের জীবিকা আমিই বণ্টন করেছি পার্থিব জীবনে এবং মর্যাদায় এককে অন্যের উপর উন্নত করি যাতে একে অপরের সহায়তা গ্রহণ করতে পারে। তারা যা সঞ্চয় করে, তোমার প্রতিপালকের রহমত তাত্থেকে উত্তম
English (Saheeh International):Do they distribute the mercy of your Lord? It is We who have apportioned among them their livelihood in the life of this world and have raised some of them above others in degrees [of rank] that they may make use of one another for service. But the mercy of your Lord is better than whatever they accumulate.
43:33

وَلَوْلَآ أَن يَكُونَ ٱلنَّاسُ أُمَّةً وَٰحِدَةً لَّجَعَلْنَا لِمَن يَكْفُرُ بِٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ لِبُيُوتِهِمْ سُقُفًا مِّن فِضَّةٍ وَمَعَارِجَ عَلَيْهَا يَظْهَرُونَ

Bengali:(সত্যকে অস্বীকার ক’রে) সব এক জাতিতে পরিণত হবে এ আশঙ্কা না থাকলে যারা দয়াময় আল্লাহকে অস্বীকার করে তাদেরকে অবশ্যই দিতাম তাদের গৃহের জন্য রৌপ্য নির্মিত ছাদ আর সিঁড়ি যাতে তারা আরোহণ করত।
English (Saheeh International):And if it were not that the people would become one community [of disbelievers],1 We would have made for those who disbelieve in the Most Merciful - for their houses - ceilings and stairways of silver upon which to mount.
43:34

وَلِبُيُوتِهِمْ أَبْوَٰبًا وَسُرُرًا عَلَيْهَا يَتَّكِـُٔونَ

Bengali:আর তাদের গৃহের জন্য দিতাম দরজা ও পালঙ্ক যাতে তারা হেলান দিয়ে বসত।
English (Saheeh International):And for their houses - doors and couches [of silver] upon which to recline
43:35

وَزُخْرُفًا ۚ وَإِن كُلُّ ذَٰلِكَ لَمَّا مَتَـٰعُ ٱلْحَيَوٰةِ ٱلدُّنْيَا ۚ وَٱلْـَٔاخِرَةُ عِندَ رَبِّكَ لِلْمُتَّقِينَ

Bengali:আর স্বর্ণ নির্মিতও দিতাম। এগুলো সবই তো পার্থিব জীবনের ভোগ্য সামগ্রী মাত্র। আর আখিরাত তোমার প্রতিপালকের কাছে তাদেরই জন্য যারা (আল্লাহকে) ভয় করে।
English (Saheeh International):And gold ornament. But all that is not but the enjoyment of worldly life. And the Hereafter with your Lord is for the righteous.
43:36

وَمَن يَعْشُ عَن ذِكْرِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ نُقَيِّضْ لَهُۥ شَيْطَـٰنًا فَهُوَ لَهُۥ قَرِينٌ

Bengali:যে ব্যক্তি দয়াময় আল্লাহর স্মরণ থেকে নিজেকে ফিরিয়ে নেয়, আমি তার জন্য শয়ত্বানকে নিয়োজিত করি, অতঃপর সে হয় তার ঘনিষ্ঠ সহচর।
English (Saheeh International):And whoever is blinded from remembrance of the Most Merciful - We appoint for him a devil, and he is to him a companion.
43:37

وَإِنَّهُمْ لَيَصُدُّونَهُمْ عَنِ ٱلسَّبِيلِ وَيَحْسَبُونَ أَنَّهُم مُّهْتَدُونَ

Bengali:তারাই মানুষকে সৎপথে চলতে অবশ্যই বাধা দেয়, আর মানুষ মনে করে যে, তারা সঠিক পথে রয়েছে।
English (Saheeh International):And indeed, they [i.e., the devils] avert them from the way [of guidance] while they think that they are [rightly] guided
43:38

حَتَّىٰٓ إِذَا جَآءَنَا قَالَ يَـٰلَيْتَ بَيْنِى وَبَيْنَكَ بُعْدَ ٱلْمَشْرِقَيْنِ فَبِئْسَ ٱلْقَرِينُ

Bengali:অবশেষে সে যখন আমার কাছে আসবে, তখন শয়ত্বানকে বলবে, হায়! আমার ও তোমার মাঝে যদি পূর্ব ও পশ্চিমের ব্যবধান থাকত! কতই না নিকৃষ্ট সহচর সে!
English (Saheeh International):Until, when he comes to Us [at Judgement], he says [to his companion], "How I wish there was between me and you the distance between the east and west; and what a wretched companion."
43:39

وَلَن يَنفَعَكُمُ ٱلْيَوْمَ إِذ ظَّلَمْتُمْ أَنَّكُمْ فِى ٱلْعَذَابِ مُشْتَرِكُونَ

Bengali:তোমাদের হা-হুতাশ আজ তোমাদের কোন কাজে আসবে না যেহেতু তোমরা সীমালঙ্ঘন করেছিলে। তোমরা হবে শাস্তির অংশীদার।
English (Saheeh International):And never will it benefit you that Day, when you have wronged, that you are [all] sharing in the punishment.
43:40

أَفَأَنتَ تُسْمِعُ ٱلصُّمَّ أَوْ تَهْدِى ٱلْعُمْىَ وَمَن كَانَ فِى ضَلَـٰلٍ مُّبِينٍ

Bengali:তুমি কি বধিরকে শুনাতে পারবে অথবা যে অন্ধ আর যে আছে সুস্পষ্ট পথভ্রষ্টের মধ্যে তাকে সৎপথ দেখাতে পারবে?
English (Saheeh International):Then will you make the deaf hear, [O Muḥammad], or guide the blind or he who is in clear error?
43:41

فَإِمَّا نَذْهَبَنَّ بِكَ فَإِنَّا مِنْهُم مُّنتَقِمُونَ

Bengali:আমি যদি তোমাকে (দুনিয়া থেকে) নিয়েও যাই, তবু আমি তাদের কাছ থেকে প্রতিশোধ গ্রহণ করব।
English (Saheeh International):And whether [or not] We take you away [in death], indeed, We will take retribution upon them.
43:42

أَوْ نُرِيَنَّكَ ٱلَّذِى وَعَدْنَـٰهُمْ فَإِنَّا عَلَيْهِم مُّقْتَدِرُونَ

Bengali:অথবা আমি তাদেরকে যে ‘আযাবের ও‘য়াদা দিয়েছি তা যদি তোমাকে দেখিয়ে দেই (আমার পক্ষে সবই সম্ভব), কারণ তাদের উপর আমার পূর্ণ ক্ষমতা আছে।
English (Saheeh International):Or whether [or not] We show you that which We have promised them, indeed, We are Perfect in Ability.
43:43

فَٱسْتَمْسِكْ بِٱلَّذِىٓ أُوحِىَ إِلَيْكَ ۖ إِنَّكَ عَلَىٰ صِرَٰطٍ مُّسْتَقِيمٍ

Bengali:কাজেই তোমার প্রতি যা ওয়াহী করা হয় তুমি তা দৃঢ়ভাবে আঁকড়ে ধর, কেননা তুমি তো আছ সরল সঠিক পথে।
English (Saheeh International):So adhere to that which is revealed to you. Indeed, you are on a straight path.
43:44

وَإِنَّهُۥ لَذِكْرٌ لَّكَ وَلِقَوْمِكَ ۖ وَسَوْفَ تُسْـَٔلُونَ

Bengali:কুরআন হল অবশ্যই তোমার জন্য আর তোমার জাতির জন্য উপদেশ বাণী। আর এ সম্পর্কে অচিরেই তোমাদেরকে জওয়াবদিহি করতে হবে।
English (Saheeh International):And indeed, it is a remembrance1 for you and your people, and you [all] are going to be questioned.
43:45

وَسْـَٔلْ مَنْ أَرْسَلْنَا مِن قَبْلِكَ مِن رُّسُلِنَآ أَجَعَلْنَا مِن دُونِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ءَالِهَةً يُعْبَدُونَ

Bengali:আমি তোমার পূর্বে যে সব রসূল পাঠিয়েছিলাম তাদেরকে জিজ্ঞেস কর (অর্থাৎ তাদের কিতাব দেখ ও তাদের সত্যিকার অনুসারীদের নিকট যাচাই কর) আমি কি দয়াময় আল্লাহ ছাড়া কোন ইলাহ স্থির করেছিলাম যাদের ‘ইবাদাত করতে হবে?
English (Saheeh International):And ask those We sent before you of Our messengers; have We made besides the Most Merciful deities to be worshipped?
43:46

وَلَقَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا مُوسَىٰ بِـَٔايَـٰتِنَآ إِلَىٰ فِرْعَوْنَ وَمَلَإِي۟هِۦ فَقَالَ إِنِّى رَسُولُ رَبِّ ٱلْعَـٰلَمِينَ

Bengali:আমি মূসাকে আমার নিদর্শনসহ ফেরাউন ও তার প্রধানদের নিকট পাঠিয়েছিলাম। মূসা (আ.) বলেছিল- আমি বিশ্বজগতের প্রতিপালকের রসূল।
English (Saheeh International):And certainly did We send Moses with Our signs to Pharaoh and his establishment, and he said, "Indeed, I am the messenger of the Lord of the worlds."
43:47

فَلَمَّا جَآءَهُم بِـَٔايَـٰتِنَآ إِذَا هُم مِّنْهَا يَضْحَكُونَ

Bengali:যখন সে আমার আয়াতসমূহ নিয়ে তাদের কাছে আসলো, তখন তারা তা নিয়ে হাসি-ঠাট্টা করতে লাগল।
English (Saheeh International):But when he brought them Our signs, at once they laughed at them.
43:48

وَمَا نُرِيهِم مِّنْ ءَايَةٍ إِلَّا هِىَ أَكْبَرُ مِنْ أُخْتِهَا ۖ وَأَخَذْنَـٰهُم بِٱلْعَذَابِ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَرْجِعُونَ

Bengali:আমি তাদেরকে যে নিদর্শনই দেখাতাম তা হত পূর্ববর্তী নিদর্শন থেকে বড়। আমি তাদেরকে শাস্তি দ্বারা পাকড়াও করলাম যাতে তারা (আমার পথে) ফিরে আসে।
English (Saheeh International):And We showed them not a sign except that it was greater than its sister, and We seized them with affliction that perhaps they might return [to faith].
43:49

وَقَالُوا۟ يَـٰٓأَيُّهَ ٱلسَّاحِرُ ٱدْعُ لَنَا رَبَّكَ بِمَا عَهِدَ عِندَكَ إِنَّنَا لَمُهْتَدُونَ

Bengali:(শাস্তিতে আক্রান্ত হয়ে) তারা বলেছিল- ওহে যাদুকর! তুমি আমাদের জন্য তোমার প্রতিপালকের কাছে তা চাও যার ও‘য়াদা তিনি তোমার কাছে করেছেন। আমরা অবশ্যই সৎপথে চলব।
English (Saheeh International):And they said [to Moses], "O magician, invoke for us your Lord by what He has promised you. Indeed, we will be guided."
43:50

فَلَمَّا كَشَفْنَا عَنْهُمُ ٱلْعَذَابَ إِذَا هُمْ يَنكُثُونَ

Bengali:কিন্তু যখনই আমি তাদের থেকে শাস্তি সরিয়ে দিলাম, তখনই তারা অঙ্গীকার ভঙ্গ করে বসল।
English (Saheeh International):But when We removed from them the affliction, at once they broke their word.
43:51

وَنَادَىٰ فِرْعَوْنُ فِى قَوْمِهِۦ قَالَ يَـٰقَوْمِ أَلَيْسَ لِى مُلْكُ مِصْرَ وَهَـٰذِهِ ٱلْأَنْهَـٰرُ تَجْرِى مِن تَحْتِىٓ ۖ أَفَلَا تُبْصِرُونَ

Bengali:ফেরাউন তার সম্প্রদায়ের মাঝে ঘোষণা দিল। বলল- হে আমার সম্প্রদায়! মিসরের রাজত্ব কি আমার নয়? আর এ সব নদনদী আমার নীচ দিয়ে বয়ে যাচ্ছে, তোমরা কি তা দেখ না?
English (Saheeh International):And Pharaoh called out among his people; he said, "O my people, does not the kingdom of Egypt belong to me, and these rivers flowing beneath me; then do you not see?
43:52

أَمْ أَنَا۠ خَيْرٌ مِّنْ هَـٰذَا ٱلَّذِى هُوَ مَهِينٌ وَلَا يَكَادُ يُبِينُ

Bengali:আমি কি এ লোক থেকে শ্রেষ্ঠ নই যে নীচ, যে নিজের কথাটিও স্পষ্ট করে বলতে অক্ষম!
English (Saheeh International):Or am I [not] better than this one [i.e., Moses] who is insignificant and hardly makes himself clear?1
43:53

فَلَوْلَآ أُلْقِىَ عَلَيْهِ أَسْوِرَةٌ مِّن ذَهَبٍ أَوْ جَآءَ مَعَهُ ٱلْمَلَـٰٓئِكَةُ مُقْتَرِنِينَ

Bengali:(সে যদি আল্লাহর রসূলই হয়ে থাকে) তাহলে তাঁকে কেন স্বর্ণ কঙ্কন দেয়া হল না? অথবা সারিবদ্ধভাবে ফেরেশতারা কেন তার সাথে আসল না?
English (Saheeh International):Then why have there not been placed upon him bracelets of gold or come with him the angels in conjunction?"
43:54

فَٱسْتَخَفَّ قَوْمَهُۥ فَأَطَاعُوهُ ۚ إِنَّهُمْ كَانُوا۟ قَوْمًا فَـٰسِقِينَ

Bengali:এভাবে সে তার জাতির লোকেদের বোকা বানিয়ে দিল। ফলে তারা তার কথা মেনে নিল। তারা ছিল এক পাপাচারী সম্প্রদায়।
English (Saheeh International):So he bluffed his people, and they obeyed him. Indeed, they were [themselves] a people defiantly disobedient [of Allāh].
43:55

فَلَمَّآ ءَاسَفُونَا ٱنتَقَمْنَا مِنْهُمْ فَأَغْرَقْنَـٰهُمْ أَجْمَعِينَ

Bengali:তারা যখন আমাকে রাগান্বিত করল, তখন আমি তাদের উপর প্রতিশোধ নিলাম, অতঃপর সব্বাইকে ডুবিয়ে মারলাম।
English (Saheeh International):And when they angered Us, We took retribution from them and drowned them all.
43:56

فَجَعَلْنَـٰهُمْ سَلَفًا وَمَثَلًا لِّلْـَٔاخِرِينَ

Bengali:এভাবে আমি তাদেরকে করলাম অতীতের মানুষ আর পরবর্তীদের জন্য দৃষ্টান্ত।
English (Saheeh International):And We made them a precedent and an example for the later peoples.
43:57

۞ وَلَمَّا ضُرِبَ ٱبْنُ مَرْيَمَ مَثَلًا إِذَا قَوْمُكَ مِنْهُ يَصِدُّونَ

Bengali:যখন মারইয়াম-পুত্র ‘ঈসার দৃষ্টান্ত তুলে ধরা হয়, তখন তোমার জাতির লোকেরা হট্টগোল শুরু করে দেয়,
English (Saheeh International):And when the son of Mary was presented as an example,1 immediately your people laughed aloud.
43:58

وَقَالُوٓا۟ ءَأَـٰلِهَتُنَا خَيْرٌ أَمْ هُوَ ۚ مَا ضَرَبُوهُ لَكَ إِلَّا جَدَلًۢا ۚ بَلْ هُمْ قَوْمٌ خَصِمُونَ

Bengali:এবং বলে আমাদের উপাস্যরা উত্তম না ‘ঈসা? (কারণ খৃস্টানরা ‘ঈসাকে উপাস্য বানিয়েছে আর আমরা মক্কাবাসীরা উপাস্য বানিয়েছি অন্যদেরকে)। তারা শুধু বিতর্ক সৃষ্টির উদ্দেশ্যেই তোমার সামনে এ দৃষ্টান্ত পেশ করে। আসলে তারা হল এক ঝগড়াটে জাতি।
English (Saheeh International):And they said, "Are our gods better, or is he?"1 They did not present it [i.e., the comparison] except for [mere] argument. But, [in fact], they are a people prone to dispute.
43:59

إِنْ هُوَ إِلَّا عَبْدٌ أَنْعَمْنَا عَلَيْهِ وَجَعَلْنَـٰهُ مَثَلًا لِّبَنِىٓ إِسْرَٰٓءِيلَ

Bengali:মারইয়াম-পুত্র তো শুধু একজন বান্দাহ যার প্রতি আমি অনুগ্রহ করেছিলাম আর বানী ইসরাঈলের জন্য আমি তাকে করেছিলাম (আমার কুদরাতের বিশেষ এক) নমুনা।
English (Saheeh International):He [i.e., Jesus] was not but a servant upon whom We bestowed favor, and We made him an example for the Children of Israel.
43:60

وَلَوْ نَشَآءُ لَجَعَلْنَا مِنكُم مَّلَـٰٓئِكَةً فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ يَخْلُفُونَ

Bengali:আমি ইচ্ছে করলে তোমাদের মধ্য হতে ফেরেশতা পয়দা করতে পারি যারা পর পর উত্তরাধিকারী হবে।
English (Saheeh International):And if We willed, We could have made [instead] of you angels succeeding [one another]1 on the earth.
43:61

وَإِنَّهُۥ لَعِلْمٌ لِّلسَّاعَةِ فَلَا تَمْتَرُنَّ بِهَا وَٱتَّبِعُونِ ۚ هَـٰذَا صِرَٰطٌ مُّسْتَقِيمٌ

Bengali:‘ঈসা (’র দুনিয়াতে পুনরায় আগমন) ক্বিয়ামতের একটি নিশ্চিত নিদর্শন। অতএব তোমরা ক্বিয়ামতে সন্দেহ পোষণ করো না আর আমার অনুসরণ কর, এটাই সরল সঠিক পথ।
English (Saheeh International):And indeed, he [i.e., Jesus] will be [a sign for] knowledge of the Hour, so be not in doubt of it, and follow Me.1 This is a straight path.
43:62

وَلَا يَصُدَّنَّكُمُ ٱلشَّيْطَـٰنُ ۖ إِنَّهُۥ لَكُمْ عَدُوٌّ مُّبِينٌ

Bengali:শয়ত্বান তোমাদেরকে (সৎ পথে চলতে) কিছুতেই যেন বাধাগ্রস্ত করতে না পারে, সে তোমাদের খোলাখুলি দুশমন।
English (Saheeh International):And never let Satan avert you. Indeed, he is to you a clear enemy.
43:63

وَلَمَّا جَآءَ عِيسَىٰ بِٱلْبَيِّنَـٰتِ قَالَ قَدْ جِئْتُكُم بِٱلْحِكْمَةِ وَلِأُبَيِّنَ لَكُم بَعْضَ ٱلَّذِى تَخْتَلِفُونَ فِيهِ ۖ فَٱتَّقُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُونِ

Bengali:‘ঈসা যখন স্পষ্ট নিদর্শন নিয়ে এসেছিল তখন সে বলেছিল- আমি তোমাদের কাছে হিকমত নিয়ে এসেছি আর এসেছি কতকগুলো বিষয় স্পষ্ট করার জন্য যাতে তোমরা মতভেদ করছ। কাজেই তোমরা আল্লাহকে ভয় কর, আর আমার কথা মান্য কর।
English (Saheeh International):And when Jesus brought clear proofs, he said, "I have come to you with wisdom [i.e., prophethood] and to make clear to you some of that over which you differ, so fear Allāh and obey me.
43:64

إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ هُوَ رَبِّى وَرَبُّكُمْ فَٱعْبُدُوهُ ۚ هَـٰذَا صِرَٰطٌ مُّسْتَقِيمٌ

Bengali:আল্লাহ তিনি তো আমারও রব্ব আর তোমাদেরও রব্ব, কাজেই তোমরা তাঁরই ‘ইবাদাত কর, এটাই সরল সঠিক পথ।
English (Saheeh International):Indeed, Allāh is my Lord and your Lord, so worship Him. This is a straight path."
43:65

فَٱخْتَلَفَ ٱلْأَحْزَابُ مِنۢ بَيْنِهِمْ ۖ فَوَيْلٌ لِّلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا۟ مِنْ عَذَابِ يَوْمٍ أَلِيمٍ

Bengali:অতঃপর তাদের বিভিন্ন দল নিজেদের মধ্যে মতানৈক্য করল। কাজেই যালিমদের জন্য যন্ত্রণাদায়ক দিনের ‘আযাবের দুর্ভোগ।
English (Saheeh International):But the denominations from among them differed [and separated], so woe to those who have wronged from the punishment of a painful Day.
43:66

هَلْ يَنظُرُونَ إِلَّا ٱلسَّاعَةَ أَن تَأْتِيَهُم بَغْتَةً وَهُمْ لَا يَشْعُرُونَ

Bengali:তারা কি তাদের উপর ক্বিয়ামত অকস্মাৎ এসে পড়ার অপেক্ষা করছে যা তারা টেরও পাবে না।
English (Saheeh International):Are they waiting except for the Hour to come upon them suddenly while they perceive not?
43:67

ٱلْأَخِلَّآءُ يَوْمَئِذٍۭ بَعْضُهُمْ لِبَعْضٍ عَدُوٌّ إِلَّا ٱلْمُتَّقِينَ

Bengali:বন্ধুরা সেদিন হয়ে যাবে একজন আরেকজনের দুশমন, তবে মুত্তাকীরা ছাড়া।
English (Saheeh International):Close friends, that Day, will be enemies to each other, except for the righteous
43:68

يَـٰعِبَادِ لَا خَوْفٌ عَلَيْكُمُ ٱلْيَوْمَ وَلَآ أَنتُمْ تَحْزَنُونَ

Bengali:(মুত্তাকীদেরকে বলা হবে) হে আমার বান্দাগণ! আজ তোমাদের কোন ভয় নেই আর তোমরা দুঃখিতও হবে না-
English (Saheeh International):[To whom Allāh will say], "O My servants, no fear will there be concerning you this Day, nor will you grieve,
43:69

ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ بِـَٔايَـٰتِنَا وَكَانُوا۟ مُسْلِمِينَ

Bengali:তোমরা যারা আমার আয়াতসমূহে বিশ্বাস করেছিলে এবং অনুগত ছিলে।
English (Saheeh International):[You] who believed in Our verses and were Muslims.
43:70

ٱدْخُلُوا۟ ٱلْجَنَّةَ أَنتُمْ وَأَزْوَٰجُكُمْ تُحْبَرُونَ

Bengali:সানন্দে জান্নাতে প্রবেশ কর তোমরা আর তোমাদের স্ত্রীরা।
English (Saheeh International):Enter Paradise, you and your kinds,1 delighted."
43:71

يُطَافُ عَلَيْهِم بِصِحَافٍ مِّن ذَهَبٍ وَأَكْوَابٍ ۖ وَفِيهَا مَا تَشْتَهِيهِ ٱلْأَنفُسُ وَتَلَذُّ ٱلْأَعْيُنُ ۖ وَأَنتُمْ فِيهَا خَـٰلِدُونَ

Bengali:তাদের কাছে চক্রাকারে পরিবেশন করা হবে স্বর্ণের থালা ও পান পাত্র। সেখানে তা-ই আছে মন যা চাইবে, আর চোখ যাতে তৃপ্ত হবে। তোমরা তাতে চিরকাল থাকবে।
English (Saheeh International):Circulated among them will be plates and vessels of gold. And therein is whatever the souls desire and [what] delights the eyes, and you will abide therein eternally.
43:72

وَتِلْكَ ٱلْجَنَّةُ ٱلَّتِىٓ أُورِثْتُمُوهَا بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ

Bengali:এই হল জান্নাত তোমাদেরকে যার উত্তরাধিকারী করা হয়েছে, কারণ তোমরা (সৎ) ‘আমাল করেছিলে।
English (Saheeh International):And that is Paradise which you are made to inherit for what you used to do.
43:73

لَكُمْ فِيهَا فَـٰكِهَةٌ كَثِيرَةٌ مِّنْهَا تَأْكُلُونَ

Bengali:তোমাদের জন্য সেখানে আছে প্রচুর ফল যাত্থেকে তোমরা খাবে।
English (Saheeh International):For you therein is much fruit1 from which you will eat.
43:74

إِنَّ ٱلْمُجْرِمِينَ فِى عَذَابِ جَهَنَّمَ خَـٰلِدُونَ

Bengali:(আর অন্যদিকে) অপরাধীরা জাহান্নামের ‘আযাবে চিরকাল থাকবে।
English (Saheeh International):Indeed, the criminals will be in the punishment of Hell, abiding eternally.
43:75

لَا يُفَتَّرُ عَنْهُمْ وَهُمْ فِيهِ مُبْلِسُونَ

Bengali:তাদের শাস্তি কমানো হবে না, আর তাতে তারা হতাশ হয়ে পড়বে।
English (Saheeh International):It will not be allowed to subside for them, and they, therein, are in despair.
43:76

وَمَا ظَلَمْنَـٰهُمْ وَلَـٰكِن كَانُوا۟ هُمُ ٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَ

Bengali:আমি তাদের উপর যুলম করিনি, বরং তারা নিজেরাই যালিম ছিল।
English (Saheeh International):And We did not wrong them, but it was they who were the wrongdoers.
43:77

وَنَادَوْا۟ يَـٰمَـٰلِكُ لِيَقْضِ عَلَيْنَا رَبُّكَ ۖ قَالَ إِنَّكُم مَّـٰكِثُونَ

Bengali:তারা চীৎকার ক’রে বলবে- হে ‘মালেক (জাহান্নামের দাড়োয়ান)! তোমার প্রতিপালক যেন আমাদের দফারফা ক’রে দেন। সে জওয়াব দিবে- ‘তোমরা (এ অবস্থাতেই পড়ে) থাকবে’।
English (Saheeh International):And they will call, "O Mālik,1 let your Lord put an end to us!" He will say, "Indeed, you will remain."
43:78

لَقَدْ جِئْنَـٰكُم بِٱلْحَقِّ وَلَـٰكِنَّ أَكْثَرَكُمْ لِلْحَقِّ كَـٰرِهُونَ

Bengali:আমি তো তোমাদের কাছে সত্য নিয়ে গিয়েছিলাম, কিন্তু তোমাদের অধিকাংশই ছিলে সত্যকে অপছন্দকারী।
English (Saheeh International):We had certainly brought you the truth, but most of you, to the truth, were averse.
43:79

أَمْ أَبْرَمُوٓا۟ أَمْرًا فَإِنَّا مُبْرِمُونَ

Bengali:তারা কি (নিজেদের মধ্যে সলা-পরামর্শ করে কোন) চূড়ান্ত সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে? চূড়ান্ত সিদ্ধান্ত তো আমিই নিয়ে থাকি (যাবতীয় ব্যাপারে আল্লাহ যা চান তাই শেষে ঘটে)।
English (Saheeh International):Or have they devised [some] affair?1 But indeed, We are devising [a plan].
43:80

أَمْ يَحْسَبُونَ أَنَّا لَا نَسْمَعُ سِرَّهُمْ وَنَجْوَىٰهُم ۚ بَلَىٰ وَرُسُلُنَا لَدَيْهِمْ يَكْتُبُونَ

Bengali:তারা কি মনে করে যে, আমি তাদের গোপন কথা, গোপন পরামর্শ শুনি না? নিশ্চয়ই শুনি, আর আমার ফেরেশতারাহ তাদের কাছে থেকে লিখে নেয়।
English (Saheeh International):Or do they think that We hear not their secrets and their private conversations? Yes, [We do], and Our messengers [i.e., angels] are with them recording.
43:81

قُلْ إِن كَانَ لِلرَّحْمَـٰنِ وَلَدٌ فَأَنَا۠ أَوَّلُ ٱلْعَـٰبِدِينَ

Bengali:বল- দয়াময়ের কোন সন্তান থাকলে আমিই তার সর্বপ্রথম ‘ইবাদাতকারী হতাম।
English (Saheeh International):Say, [O Muḥammad], "If the Most Merciful had a son, then I would be the first of [his] worshippers."1
43:82

سُبْحَـٰنَ رَبِّ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ رَبِّ ٱلْعَرْشِ عَمَّا يَصِفُونَ

Bengali:তারা যা (তাঁর প্রতি) আরোপ করে তা হতে আকাশ ও পৃথিবীর প্রতিপালক ‘আরশের পালনকর্তা মহান, পবিত্র।
English (Saheeh International):Exalted is the Lord of the heavens and the earth, Lord of the Throne, above what they describe.
43:83

فَذَرْهُمْ يَخُوضُوا۟ وَيَلْعَبُوا۟ حَتَّىٰ يُلَـٰقُوا۟ يَوْمَهُمُ ٱلَّذِى يُوعَدُونَ

Bengali:কাজেই তাদেরকে বাক-চতুরতা ও ক্রীড়া-কৌতুক করতে দাও সে দিনের সাক্ষাৎ পর্যন্ত যে দিনের ও‘য়াদা তাদেরকে দেয়া হয়েছে।
English (Saheeh International):So leave them to converse vainly and amuse themselves until they meet their Day which they are promised.
43:84

وَهُوَ ٱلَّذِى فِى ٱلسَّمَآءِ إِلَـٰهٌ وَفِى ٱلْأَرْضِ إِلَـٰهٌ ۚ وَهُوَ ٱلْحَكِيمُ ٱلْعَلِيمُ

Bengali:আকাশমন্ডলে তিনিই ইলাহ, যমীনে তিনিই ইলাহ, তিনি মহাবিজ্ঞ, সর্বজ্ঞ।
English (Saheeh International):And it is He [i.e., Allāh] who is [the only] deity in the heaven, and on the earth [the only] deity. And He is the Wise, the Knowing.
43:85

وَتَبَارَكَ ٱلَّذِى لَهُۥ مُلْكُ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا وَعِندَهُۥ عِلْمُ ٱلسَّاعَةِ وَإِلَيْهِ تُرْجَعُونَ

Bengali:অতি মহান ও পবিত্র তিনি, আকাশ, পৃথিবী ও এ দু’য়ের মাঝে যা আছে তার একচ্ছত্র কর্তৃত্ব যাঁর হাতে, ক্বিয়ামতের জ্ঞান তাঁর কাছেই আছে (যে তা কখন ঘটবে), আর তোমাদেরকে তাঁর কাছেই ফিরে যেতে হবে।
English (Saheeh International):And blessed is He to whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth and whatever is between them and with whom is knowledge of the Hour and to whom you will be returned.
43:86

وَلَا يَمْلِكُ ٱلَّذِينَ يَدْعُونَ مِن دُونِهِ ٱلشَّفَـٰعَةَ إِلَّا مَن شَهِدَ بِٱلْحَقِّ وَهُمْ يَعْلَمُونَ

Bengali:আল্লাহর পরিবর্তে যাদেরকে তারা ডাকে তারা সুপারিশের অধিকারী নয়, তবে যে জ্ঞানের ভিত্তিতে সত্যের সাক্ষ্য দেয় সে ছাড়া।
English (Saheeh International):And those they invoke1 besides Him do not possess [power of] intercession; but only those who testify to the truth [can benefit], and they know.2
43:87

وَلَئِن سَأَلْتَهُم مَّنْ خَلَقَهُمْ لَيَقُولُنَّ ٱللَّهُ ۖ فَأَنَّىٰ يُؤْفَكُونَ

Bengali:তুমি যদি তাদেরকে জিজ্ঞেস কর- তাদেরকে কে সৃষ্টি করেছে, তাহলে তারা অবশ্য অবশ্যই বলবে, আল্লাহ। অত:পর তারা কোথায় ফিরে যাচ্ছে?
English (Saheeh International):And if you asked them1 who created them, they would surely say, "Allāh." So how are they deluded?
43:88

وَقِيلِهِۦ يَـٰرَبِّ إِنَّ هَـٰٓؤُلَآءِ قَوْمٌ لَّا يُؤْمِنُونَ

Bengali:রসূলের এ উক্তির শপথঃ ‘হে আমার প্রতিপালক! এ জাতির লোকেরা ঈমান আনবে না।’
English (Saheeh International):And [Allāh acknowledges] his saying,1 "O my Lord, indeed these are a people who do not believe."
43:89

فَٱصْفَحْ عَنْهُمْ وَقُلْ سَلَـٰمٌ ۚ فَسَوْفَ يَعْلَمُونَ

Bengali:কাজেই তুমি তাদের থেকে মুখ ফিরিয়ে নাও আর বল- (তোমাদের প্রতি) সালাম। শীঘ্রই তারা জানতে পারবে (তাদের আচরণের পরিণতি কী)।
English (Saheeh International):So turn aside from them and say, "Peace."1 But they are going to know.
